On the basis of an initial contact, we carry out a preliminary “free of charge” search to get an idea of the scope of the assignment.

We then propose a fixed budget and specify the time required to complete the assignment in complete confidentiality.

Once the budget has been approved, a deposit of 60% will be requested; the balance will be invoiced on submission of our report.

Regardless of the country or sector, the methods of analysis are all the same :

  • an analysis of information available from public sources (litigation reported in the press, various judgments, bankruptcy or composition notices, etc.) via the main search engines
  • a close look at social networks
  • if necessary, an approach to persons likely to hold information
  • access to privileged offshore databases.
